Our Products

General Produce - Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Mushrooms, Asparagus, Broccoli, Spinach, and more. These products are purchased directly from all over the country and delivered to us multiple times every week. When in season, we carry many LOCAL products as well.

Fresh Cut Fruits and Vegetables – We stock Freshway brand processed vegetables, including Tossed Salad, Chopped Romaine, Shredded and Chopped Iceberg, Cauliflowerettes, Cole Slaw Mix, Diced Tomatoes, and others.

Dairy Products – We stock a wide variey of the most commonly used dairy products including Milk, Eggs, Sour Cream, and Cheeses. (over 50 types of cheese available, both Domestic and Imported)

Joseph’s Gourmet Pastas – In keeping with our culinary tradition, our creative inspiration begins in the kitchen. Our state-of-the-art kitchen is outfitted with multiple zone ovens, high heat kettles, in-line grills, tilt skillets and chillers that allow us to use the classical culinary techniques that are used in a restaurant. Once our ingredients are prepared, we then use specialized blending equipment to preserve the identity of the rough chopped ingredients. All of our pastas are filled with large, identifiable chunks of meat, vegetables, and seafood. Our dough is kneaded until pliable and silky to the touch, and then rolled up to five times to ensure an extra thin pasta shell for every one of our 30 different shapes. josephsgourmetpasta.com

Specialty Items – We have one of the best specialty buyers in Ohio, Luke Steele. Although we stock many specialty items including Anise, Artichokes, Broccolini, Chayote Squash, Frisse, and edible flowers, with a little bit of advance notice, Luke can get almost anything that is available from anywhere in the world. Paper Products – From paper towels, toilet paper, and Styrofoam take out containers, to Aluminum Foil, plastic wrap and trash bags, we stock many of the most commonly used paper products for restaurant use. With advance notice, we can get you anything that you may need.
